How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Seedschaos Septic, you are connected with an independent local provider. That provider is a separate business. They give the advice, the estimate and the service.
Seedschaos Septic does not do the work. We simply help make the introduction.
What Happens Next
You describe the problem. Share what you see, hear or smell. Mention how long it has been going on. Then the provider asks follow-up questions.
It helps to have your address, the type of system and the date of the last pumping or inspection nearby, if you know them.
Some providers can respond quickly. Others may need to schedule. Availability varies, so ask.
Questions to Ask a Provider
Write these down before you talk:
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in my area?
- What do you think is causing the problem, and why?
- What are my options, from smallest fix to biggest?
- Will you give me a written estimate with the full scope?
- Are permits needed, and who handles them?
- What could change the price after work starts?
- Do you work on private wells too, if I have one?
Do and Do Not
- Do keep people and pets away from any sewage.
- Do save photos, notes and estimates.
- Do not sign anything you have not read.
- Do not let anyone pressure you to decide on the spot.
You Are in Control
You can talk to more than one provider. You can say no. You can take a day to think, unless the situation is unsafe. If you are unsure, ask a second provider the same questions and compare the answers.
Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, so always get a written quote.
